We bought a Mainvue home at Ten Trails Black Diamond WA assisted by Christine Cordova . What a pleasure it’s been working with her . On her own she regularly send us pics of the home being built & responds even on her days off & after hours . We have bought 4 homes from other builders in the past , never had such a great experience. Also Ben , Jacob their Project Managers have been very helpful. We have already recommended Mainvue to 2 of our friends .

Quality is not good and workmanship too. We've got a leaking kitchen faucet and makes a pool of water in the cabinets. Called the Warranty specialist, they don't think it's an urgent matter to not be able to use kitchen sink for a week. Electricals kept tripping and dimmer light kept blinking in my daughter's bedroom. They had electrician to come out and fix it a few times and it started blinking after a few days. The faux wood or LVP as they call it is terrible quality. Should not have bought this house. Water boiler doesn't give hot water. I have had 3 new construction homes before and this is the worst by far. Not trustworthy and subpar homes going for more than a million and five.

We did not purchase a mainvue home. However, the houses behind us were built my mainvue. There were drainage issues due to a wet land near us. Mainvue, who did not even build our homes, came to our home and placed a drain and added rocks to assist with the issues we had. Would highly recommend their customer service, quality and responsiveness.

The MainVue representatives I worked with were very helpful. They deal with a lot of homes and a lot of buyers but they were great about making us feel particularly taken care of. They bent over backwards to help get my buyers into their new home in a timely manner despite interruptions in their construction schedule due to COVID. The Construction Supervisor promptly corrected everything we asked for from our inspection without complaint, then even pointed out a few things himself during the final walk-through that he wanted to correct. As a buyers agent I had a great experience working with the MainVue team.

I love their communities! Modern, well-furnished, and overall stunning, MainVue Homes offers a really unique purchasing experience since you don't pay for upgrades! I love that you get exactly what you see in the models which is never the case with other builders we looked at. While they seem pricier than other builders, they're not if you look at how much you're saving in upgrades. They have homes for around 650k near a builder with homes for 500k but the other builder's model had 200k+ in upgrades so you end up saving a hefty amount and come out with a nicer and more modern house - a win in my opinion!
