Bought a house from this person in May 2024. My home's basement area flooded during the recent rainstorms, and other times before when it rains. Mason knew this home had this issue when I bought the house but did not disclose. I know this because a foundation company representative who did an estimate for me on correcting this problem told me that they had been out here before and spoken with Mason about the problem. They told him at that time how much it would cost, but never heard back from him. To me this is questionable professionalism and integrity. He is trying to sell another house down the street from me that he has renovated. I only hope he did a better job on correcting any water issue on that one then he did on this one. I feel he did a shoddy job, because there have been other issues with the house, including electrical, and he just passed these issues he knew about on to the buyer. Sad

A really great team of professionals. We purchased a remodeled home from MAJO, and we just love it. The bathrooms are really well done. The kitchen is gorgeous, and we love how they were able to preserve the original wood. They took good care of us. I strongly recommend these guys.
