For $$k we expected a professional experience. I can without a doubt say this was the worst decision we made for our home. They permanently ruined our deck and painted it when we specifically asked for stain.

No one introduced themselves on day one we had problem after problem. It made our new home experience so stressful.

1. We asked for our porch to be stained, they PAINTED it brown. The beautiful wood is absolutely covered and it’s permanently ruined. I am so upset every time I look at it, it was one of my fav parts of the house.

2. They ruined our garage door, it no longer opens due to them painting the seal.

3. They replaced some damaged siding and replaced it with the wrong pieces that didn’t match our house at all.

4. They sloppily painted our trim with a roller and none of the lines were straight. I watched them paint an upstairs window in under 30 seconds, no attention to detail for the higher parts of the house.

5. Everywhere they walked they left paint splotches on our decks, patio etc and didn’t even notice. They have to come back several times to remove the paint.

6. We picked out specific paint for our trim and they painted it with shiny paint. It looks so tacky.

7. Owner is not responsive and has a huge ego problem.

8. They miscalculated the work and left our house unfinished while they went to other jobs and you could tell they were scrambling to get the work done in a quick manner.

If we could go back in time we would avoid this place like the plague. Several attempts to fix our trim when unanswered for months and when he did finally show up he was argumentative, rude and refused to listen. In the end we had to tell him to leave because it was so disrespectful and nothing was

We had MLP paint our house in 2020. They used regular house paint on metal front door and garage door without using any type of primer or purchasing paint specifically for metal and it is bubbling up and flaking off.

They repainted the bottom of the garage door, but it's right back to bubbling up again. It's not worthy the money if I have to repaint it on year 4.

All I can say is if you need somebody for painting or staining your wood this is the company you should use if you’re in Williams or Flagstaff. We had lots of rain he was always communicating with me about not being able to get it done in the time he originally told us which is totally acceptable. He did an amazing job. I completely spaced on having them do my log cabin chairs at my front door and to my surprise when I showed up at my cabin this weekend he had come back and done them didn’t tell me and didn’t send me a bill either. Customer service is not dead and Major League Painting is bringing it back in a big way.
