Matt Luke came highly recommended to us by a long time friend in the Appraisal Industry for Orange County. Matt and his team, responded quickly to our request for proposal; they were thorough in providing solid market data to support a competitive listing price for our property. Matt was open and honest about our property’s look and feel and how it would be advantageous to stage the interior and exterior of the property. In so doing it would allow for many favorable views on the social media sites of Redfin, Realtor.com, Zillow and any others. The team staged the property and had an open house within 2 weeks of the public listing. Multiple offers were received after the showing. I highly recommend Matt Luke and his team at Major League Properties. My sister was diagnosed as terminal with little time left. It was important to get her home sold quickly. At our first meeting, I was informed that her Last Will & Testament was insufficient to keep out of probate and would need a Trust. I had a Power of Attorney so required to act quickly before she passed, which would void the POA. Matt recommended Castro Law who had the trust completed and deed recorded over a 24-hour period. My sister passed two days later. It was nothing short of a miraculous experience. Major League Properties had removal of personal belongings, deep cleaning, landscaping repair, new flooring and shower, and more, with staging, open house, and then sale in one day. The sale was at a higher price than we listed. Matt was helpful in so many ways as I was 45 minutes away and could not stay at the house. The whole process from start to finish and close of escrow was only six weeks! They are a one-stop shop for anything you need!
