Can I give negative stars? Possibly the most unprofessional and rude people to try and work with. Refuses to return security deposits and will cuss you out for asking basic questions. RUN AWAY if you are considering signing a lease with them.

I would give -5 if it is an option. Rented a warehouse through this management company for about 5 years. Everything was going smooth at the beginning when I first rented this place. Everything went down to the drain when I started to call and tried to get a response from Krista (the manager/owner of the company). I needed to extend my rental contract after the first 3 years but never got a response from them after numerous phone calls and emails every freaking week for MONTHS! All I got from them was an email with an invoice every month asking to pay! About 12 months later, they DOUBLED my rent saying that it's month-to-month now since I didn't sign a new contract! Few months later, I had no choice but decided to move out and gave 30-day notice of vacate. Krista responded the same day with acknowledgement of my notice after I threaten to take legal action (wow, I was so impressed that I got a response!)! Well, never heard from her again after that even I tried to called and emailed to schedule a final inspection of the property before I moved out. About 1.5 months later I received an invoice/bill asking me to pay April 2023 rent + late fee! Oh MFG! It's 10/2023 now and I am still trying to get my 3k+ of security deposit back through small claims! If you would like to go through the same thing, rent and deal with this company. Good luck.

Called Krista regarding a property for lease. Left several messages over a weeks time, no return phone call. I finally got ahold of her only because she answered the main phone line. I expressed that I was very interested in a space and she needed to find out some additional information that she did not know the answers to. Weeks later, no call back, no follow up communication whatsoever. I called to follow up, she was on the phone. I left a message asking for a call back. No call back. I am not sure how a property management company could be so unresponsive.

Completely inappropriate behavior over the phone. I inquired about a rental with this company. My husband spoke with Marty he was rude from the start....not a "Hello" his first words were "I am very busy can give you a minute." Two questions were asked and after we gave a quick response he said "I don't need details!" Once answered he just hung up the phone as my husband was talking! He could have at the very least told my husband it wouldn't work or something! But to hang up on someone mid conversation!!! I feel bad for the couple who listed their house with him.
