Maple Avenue has been an excellent place to live. Our only issue is the water company charges high rates. Management is fantastic and so is maintenance. But as a forewarning, be prepared to practice highly strict water conservation should you desire a low bill. By low I mean under $55 a month and that's using about 1,150 gallons. Water company is Minol and to us they are a total ripoff but that has nothing to do with the excellent apartments. Area is also pretty quiet which is a plus. The gym is also very nice with some really high-tech equipment and weights.
Overall, awesome place to live and great space for the money.
