We are sub contractors at Maple Oaks. With Avenue 5 taking over we have seen a wonderful change. The office manager Amy is always smiling and is a pleasure to work with. I can see a big difference in this property in the last few months and am sure it will only continue to improve. I can see not only Amy but maintenance and the whole Maple Oak team really care about their tenants and want to make this a beautiful home for them.

Staff & everyone to do with maintenance are great! This building has history, as well as a few bumps and bruises here and there due to neglect from previous owners/management but it's currently going through extensive rehab/remodeling and upgrading and will for sure shine once again one day very soon!

I am very very encouraged with the many positive changes at Maple Oak apartments! First, The office door is always open so you can speak to the Manager. The other family members could not talk to management and they did. it return calls to my cousin. Ms. Amy Culligan is much more nicer manager than prior person. She is always available. Security stops you, takes a photo iID, and loads you into their system so you’re legally a trusted visitor. Yesterday, The Security Guard, Adam, did a superb job doing a Wellness Check on our family member and found her on the floor!. He called EMT and myself to inform me of her condition. He and the other guards are aware of the surroundings, they have stopped me to ask for ID, and they checked on my aunt.

I’m the Security Supervisor for National Security Ops. We are a contracted vendor for Maple. I’ve been at the property since February 2024. I’ve seen a huge change in this place since Avenue 5 has taken over. The senior property manager Amy, maintenance supervisor Jake, maintenance Ronny and housekeeping Rhonda has busted there butts trying to bring this building back to life and give it beauty again. So much is getting done. A huge thank you to the residence that have been so patient through this process.

I am finally seeing changes. Cameron Amy Helen are so great to my son and me. He only knows this as home. I love the 24 hr security guards. I do miss the employee Elizabeth though. The property needs work but it is my home.

I wanted to say thank you to the new Manager Amy and her people. I have lived her 5 years so far and plan to stay. They help me with stuff like my social security letter and things i need faxed. I'm disabled and am so thankful for here
