Our stay was absolutely perfect for my family! Thank you, Marbella, for the warm hospitality and for creating a space that truly felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal, making our experience even more special. This Long Beach condo was an ideal choice for my wife and me. Waking up to stunning views of the Queen Mary and the vast LA Harbor was a highlight of our trip. The open-concept layout and spacious kitchen made it a joy to enjoy breakfast and dinner in, while the variety of walkable restaurants provided plenty of dining options. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows created a bright, airy atmosphere, making the space feel even larger, while the roll-down shades offered privacy when needed is really great! We would definitely love to come back next time. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Marbella Lane and to strongly discourage anyone from utilizing their property management services. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and it is important for others to be aware of the company's lack of responsibility and poor communication.

On July 4th, Marbella Lane allowed a sizable gathering (with an estimated 25 to 40 attendees) at one of their managed properties, which led to an extensive firework display that left a considerable amount of debris littered across the neighborhood. The fallout, including spent firework casings, ended up across my front and backyard, on my roof and vehicles, and on various landscaping features, including mulch, turf, and trees. Unfortunately, the damage didn’t stop there, as my turf and roof were left burnt and melted from the fireworks.

This has left me feeling tremendously frustrated, especially given the safety and financial risks associated with a damaged roof, blocked gutters, and hazardous materials still settled not only on my property, but in the neighboring properties as well.

I’ve since contacted Marbella Lane multiple times to assess the damage and seek remediation, however their PMs have cut off communication without providing any explanation or resolution. It’s been 6 months since the incident, and there is still debris settled across my property and the neighborhood, and no tangible progress on Marbella Lane’s part. This not only highlights their unwillingness to address issues related to their managed properties but also their disregard for the well-being of the neighborhood where they operate.

Please, if you are reading this review, I advise you not to utilize Marbella Lane as your property manager. Going with a more reputable property management company will save you the grief from a) the lack of service and responsibility, b) damage to your property, and c) frustrated neighbors. This company totes itself as a “luxury” property management company but they should be ashamed of how they conduct business.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an oceanfront house that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning views and the soothing sound of waves crashing nearby. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets, and the outdoor patio provided a fantastic spot for morning coffee with an ocean view. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.

Marbella Lane was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. I highly recommend this oceanfront gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the coast. I can’t wait to return!

The salient feature for us is location. Perfect spot to enjoy the park, beaches & shopping is a ten minute walk. Keith is a super host, thank you! We will come and stay again.

Great for families. Lovely, spacious master bedroom with plenty of extra sleeping areas. Our kids loved the hot tub! The town is beautiful and scenic, within walking distance or very short drive. Weather was gorgeous and mild. My husband and I loved falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves on the beach nearby.

We had a fabulous stay in this house for Christmas with our adult children and their spouses. The kitchen is outstanding, roomy and had everything we needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. And, the views are amazing.

Our experience at the home in Santa Clara exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this immaculate (inside and out) home. The home seemed even larger than the great photos. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Comfortable beds in large bedrooms. We appreciated the desks too. Nice Kitchen, well stocked and organized.
Plenty of seating for 6. The house is bright and comfortable. Great TV and Reliable Wi-fi. Check-in seamless. Stella was great to work with. We hope to be back soon.

This property was exactly what we needed. Six of us were in town for just a few days. With five bedrooms, each of our three grown children and grandma had their own bedroom. The fact that one of the bedrooms was on the first floor made it ideal for our elderly traveler.
The house was obviously very new with pleasing neutral decor. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything we needed was provided including towels, soaps, toilet tissue, and paper towels.
My wife loved sitting and reading by the giant community pool.
The host was super at communicating and answered all of our questions within a few minutes.
We added an additional night to our stay because we enjoyed the space so much.
We would gladly stay at this property again should the opportunity arise.
