We had a great experience buying our new home with Marcia. She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. My husband and I question and analyze everything and Marcia was able to quickly respond to all of our concerns.

We purchased at the height of the market, and even then she was able to negotiate the replacement of both AC units to be purchased by the seller. Will definitely be using her in our future investments.

Not only is she extremely professional, she will go the extra mile for you. We went through so many listings that I was ready to give up but she worked her magic and we found exactly what I look for in a home! She also made the entire home buying process extremely easy. She looked out for my best interests and got more than what I asked for during negotiations. My only regret is I can’t give her 10 stars, but even then I’d probably end up wishing I could give her 100.

Her personality is amazing, a true joy to be with. As you can see, I cannot recommend her enough!!!
