Marina Square is a beautiful spot to reside, especially if you commute to Seattle for work, the Fast Ferries truly make it a breeze. My favorite part of the building is the rooftop patio that includes BBQs, fire pits and furniture to lounge out on.
My property manager Shaun is also the best that I’ve worked with in this area and constantly keeps me in the loop with all things related to the property and my lease. Come check this spot out for yourself!

I have nothing but good things to say about Marina Square apartments. The apartment itself had everything I needed. I loved the location, the events in the Bremerton always gave me a reason to step outside and be in the middle of the party. The parking garage was a necessity I didn’t know I need till I had one. The roof access had an awesome view that I wish I had taken advantage of more and same for the clubhouse. There’s a convenient little market just outside the apartments that made for easy on the run stops. I truly wish I didn’t have to leave.

I love the place! Shaun and Jeffery have been great! I would recommend ANYONE to stay on the property! Crazy story..Shaun stayed here and waited for me until 7:00pm for me to pick my keys!

Great views over the water, comfortable, clean, new building, access to the shore, the marina, foot and car ferries to Seattle, rooftop deck for parties... what's not to love about living at Bremerton's Marina Square?

Amazing stay at Marina Square Suites in Bremerton!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The location is perfect—within walking distance to theaters, a wide selection of restaurants, and close to the ferry and Port Orchard. The foot ferry is a must-try, and the charming Manette neighborhood is just steps away. You're also just a short walk to the harbor and the historic Turner Joy ship. Marina Square Suites is a fantastic home base for all your Kitsap Peninsula adventures. Highly recommend!

Changing a bit from the previous review. I still wish there was more reliable parking but for the amount paid its reasonable. The units are nice and other than some neighbors that yell or whatever at weird times it is really peaceful here. One could do a lot worse than live here.

I live in a one-bedroom studio, and I love it. It’s close to Shipyard, which is nice because I will be working there soon, and it’s a five-minute walk, if not eight at most. I love the coffee machine However it does have a time restriction were previously when I first moved in it was throughout the whole day and night. However they had to change it to the cost.I love the clubhouse, where it feels like a good place to have an event, which you can rent to have an event there. You get a nice view of the yachts. The roof is nice during the summer. I love the holidays when they do activities that get my fellow neighbors involved in meeting each other. I love how you don’t have to pay in coins to do your laundry. I love that we have a garbage chute room that has a recycle bin right next to it. I really like that I can park inside the garage and know that my car is safe. I love that it’s close to the ferry, subway, and other restaurants. It is definitely worth living here.

This was my first time signing a lease and I could not be happier with the location and quality for the price. I really feel the value for the unit I chose.

They were very helpful with my situation and made sure I was ready before paying any fees.

Overall an amazing value for a premium building in an amazing location.
