My fiancé and I have worked with Todd Wucherer on three occasions in the last two years and we could not be more pleased with his professionalism, communication, and guidance. Todd helped my fiancé sell his house last year and since then, he has also worked with us in looking for potential new homes. Todd then assisted us to put my house up for sale shortly after this point and we quickly had an offer and completed sale on that as well. It has certainly been a stressful two years with all of our transitions, but overall everything has gone smoothly thanks to Todd and his associates!

If I could give a 0 Star I would. HORRIBLE customer service and VERY rude people! A seller had a realtor through Mark's Realty that sent us a letter stating that the property right next to ours was coming up for sale and they wanted to give us the opportunity to buy it. The very day we received the letter we called 10+ times to put in an offer and the realtor ignored every single call. The next day he called us back and stated that the owner had accepted an offer from someone else because he told her that we weren't interested! Never even gave us the opportunity to actually put in an offer! We contacted the actual seller and she tried to get him to cancel out the offer that she had accepted but they wouldn't let her!

I would NEVER go through this company for anything! They're Liars and Cheats!

We listed or +house via forsalebyowner, our home was listed below the estimated price, the house was only 3 years old and we were sure to sell the house. The buyers agent Barb Machon cheated us saying that we have to pay commission and she forced the title company to add the commission. We ended up paying the money.
We recently came do know that we did not require to pay any commission and the buyer did not want the work with the agent. The agent double crossed both the buyer and seller.
