Mark managed the sale of my mother's home after she moved. His provided answers to my many questions, promptly provided updates (I was out of state), and provided a well reasoned and coherent sales strategy. The support services needed to prepare the house for sale demonstrated Mark's ability to select and manage first class vendors/contractors to execute the work necessary to prepare the house. He also provided the overall project vision to enable the creation of a first class showing for the house. This was reflected in the final price which resulted in a 30% premium over the list price within days of the listing (the house wa priced within the range of comparable properties). I also used Mark to help me identify another realtor in a different state for another project. As I have moved during my own career, I have sold multiple residences and have worked with many fine real estate agents. By far, Mark is the best I have ever encountered. He is trustworthy, extremely competent, and empathetic.

I met Mark 22+ years ago in Downtown Burlingame when walking by a duplex that he had just sold. I explained to him that I had been through several agents that were not doing a good job and wouldn't even return my calls. Mark's response, "Don't worry. I will take care of you." and handed me his card. Mark is special because he listens, genuinely loves people and the work that he does. I have many stories over the years but one of my favorites is when I was having life/work/back pain struggles after selling my house in San Mateo. The buyer was a bit crazy and demanded that the paint (left because it matched the interior/exterior colors) be removed from the garage. Mark put all the paint in the trunk of a new BMW just purchased the week prior to save me from the crazy buyer. He has bought and sold many properties for me in the Bay Area.
