Living at Marketplace Flats has been an absolute joy! We've been here almost 2 years, and it's hands down the best place we've lived at (and we’ve lived in more than a handful of places).

First off, Misty, our Community Manager, is a rockstar. She was always there for us, whether it's in person, on the phone, or through email. No matter how busy she is, she makes sure to follow up and sort things out. She's not just a manager; she's like the go-to problem solver who genuinely cares about everyone here. Plus, she’s been out there salting sidewalks and fixing stuff in the parking garage—total superhero vibes.

Tyson, the maintenance guy, is also top-notch. Whenever we've had issues, which thankfully haven't been often, he's on it like lightning. Seriously, the guy knows his stuff.

And Benny, our friendly groundskeeper, deserves a shoutout too. Always smiling and keeping the place looking sharp. It's those little things that make this community feel so welcoming.

Oh, and don't get me started on the location. Need an onion? Just pop down to Whole Foods downstairs. It doesn't get more convenient than that.

As we move on to homeownership, we’ll genuinely miss this place and the awesome people who make it feel like home.

Since new ownership, these apartments have truly shined. The manager, Sarah, is welcoming and so passionate about both the community and property. Marketplace Flats is gorgeous, clean, and in a perfect location (close to shopping, waterfront, etc). There’s lots of amenities, and prices are very fair. Staff is responsive and professional, and problems are addressed quickly. Love it!

I toured with Misty and really like this community. Misty was courtesy and informative. Building has a great security system, elevators, stairs, resident launch, Jacuzzi, etc etc etc .. ooh! The Gym is amazing and The Plaza that its in has food places, salons, whole food, Big Library, outside firepit with sitting area, tons of parking in the garage. It was a Good Experience.

My best friend has lived here for almost 4 years without any issues nor complaints. Now since “new management” has came, my friend has been harassed about her company and humiliated by management. The rent is being raised but yet we have no access to the amenities listed and we are lucky if both elevators work for 2 months straight. The main manager attitude is terrible and socially awkward. She literally talks about you to the new potential residents that she maybe giving a tour too. I have had neighbors who have been here for 10 years move because of “new management”.

Worst management I've ever experienced. I had excessive vibration in the floor that prevented me from sleeping for 4 months and complained to management daily. I only got help once I threatened them with legal action after I had many residents come into the apartment and sign affidavits attesting to the unliveable conditions in my unit. Staff was rude and lacking empathy. I suggest going somewhere else.
