I will say Connor and Theresa are great to work with! BUT... Maronda Homes are not! We built our new home here and are learning the hard way that ONCE YOU CLOSE YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN! We have had just a few issues with our house since moving in and they absolutely will not resolve anything that occurs.Even items that are noted on the 6 month inspection are denied. They hide behind emails and you can't reach ANYONE. Each response explains why they aren't able to do anything for you. I am so shocked to find a company would operate like this especially within the first year of ownership! We went from being excited to build our dream home to sorry we ever built here.They do not clean up as other homes are built and there is a constant mess as you drive in and out. Wish I could recommend Maronda but my experience after the sale has been horrible.
