Marquise property management was by far the best property management company I ever dealt with in 15 years of moving around North America.

Harry was our property manager and he was extremely responsive, helpful, reliable, and trustworthy. Whether it was coordinating fixing random small issues, dealing with returning our security deposit, or coordinating with the local HOA, he was always on top of it and a pleasure to work with.

We will miss having him as our property manager.

I can honestly say that Harry was a pleasure to work with. He was always very responsive to our questions and needs, and worked with the utmost honesty and integrity. I had zero issues working with Harry or Marquise, and would recommend both to anyone looking for a rental property, or management company.

We had the misfortune of dealing with this property management company and I must say that we were extremely disappointed with their rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment our lease contract started, we were treated with disdain and disrespect.

When we escalated our concerns with our rental house,they were dismissive and uninterested in our concerns. They were completely unhelpful and gave us the impression that they didn't care about their clients. This is not how a professional property management company should behave.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to look elsewhere. Their rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and they clearly do not value their clients.

Looking at Ursula's negative reviews on Yelp, I'm not surprised to see that I am not the only one who has had a very negative experience with her and her management company. The house I rented from her in Los Altos was not fit to be rented (she obviously didn't do due diligence on the house before renting it to us for an exorbitant rental amount). Upon moving in, it was discovered that the house had a vermin infestation (12 dead rats and four months to fix the issue), broken dishwasher, moldy washing machine, roof leaks and a water leak in the garage. The way she dealt with these issues was absolutely shocking. She's extremely unprofessional, unethical, condescending, confrontational and doesn't know how to run a professional rental management company.
