In our first meeting with Marquita, she presented us with a wealth of knowledge. We were blown away from her attention to detail and expertise in the real estate field. Additionally, she provided a timeline of events and detailed explanations in a PowerPoint presentation. This was an added plus. Even though we were 2nd time home buyers, she explained the process and her duties as our agent, in great detail.
As we started the extremely stressful process of selling our current home and purchasing a new one, Marquita always answered her phone and replied to emails swiftly (even in the middle of the night) and remained calm and positive throughout the entire process. She was aware of deadlines, on top of paperwork required, and stayed ahead of the game if we ever needed an extension. She built a relationship with our lender, our Title company and most of all, our children, which helped the process run smoothly.
She has a really good understanding of the local market and we were able to find our dream home! This home was our first choice and we are thankful we were able to use Marquita’s expertise to secure this home.
We were able to sell our current home for $15k over asking the first day it hit the market. Additionally, we were able to get into our new home within two weeks, without being the highest offer.

Marquita have meet all of our expectations from working 24/7 to get us approve for a home to getting our offer accepted within 5 days of doing service with her while beating out 15 offers and one cash offer. Marquita is simply phenomenal!! The things she has been accomplishing for her clients has been simply amazing, especially in this market. When it comes to her seller clients, she has demonstrated proven strategies to help sell their home well above asking the first day the home hits the market. When it comes to her buyer clients, some have searched for Months but after joining with her, she has gotten their offer accepted for a home within 2 weeks in this extremely tough and competitive market.
