I am a home loan officer and I worked with Marsha on a purchase on Camano Island. Marsha took such great care of our mutual client who was overwhelmed with the process as he last bought a home 25 years ago and also didn't trust technology. Marsha not only helped him along with the process, but consistently gave him peace of mind with face to face meetings, scheduled and impromptu phone calls, all while keeping a line of communication open between our client and the third parties that come with the purchase of a home. She has continued to follow up with both myself and our client since the purchase has completed. This was a great working relationship.

Extremely unhelpful. STAY AWAY! Have tried to give several second chances and each time was more unpleasant than the last. If you want to waste your time with someone who doesn’t know how to do their job, look no further. 0/5 stars if I could.
