Excellent place to live. pool is always clean, no issues with crime at all. The office staff and manager Mrs. Mona is an absolute treasure in our little community.... she is very nice and always polite. The kids are always supervised and now we even enjoy dog walking stations and a pleasant BBQ and grilling area. We'll be here for a long time I can assure that. Tell them Steven kinyk sent you and get $1000 off first month's rent !!!! don't miss out on living in this amazing community.

I am a resident here, the property is pretty quiet and safe. No craziness over all I am good. Maria has really great bedside manners. I am confident that whenever send a work order in or let her know something needs attention, she is make sure it's taken care of. Maria has a really good attitude and very friendly.

The manager is on a power trip. She was nice to my face my fiancé speaks Spanish and the awful things she said. She lost money orders. The amount of times I had to ask for things to get fixed and were fixed halfway. They tried kicking us out and adding inaccurate information to our bill. They broke into our apartment without notice. We felt unwelcomed and harassed by the management. They are racist towards black people.”they are difficult people to deal with”

The New manager and property owners Brazos Residential are horrible to deal with. They do not know how to communicate. They ask that you call but never pick up or return your voicemail. They ask that you email them but don't know how to open and read the emails. Claim they never got them and when you forward those emails again with their response they act like they can't see their names and signatures or the timestamps from the originals. I don't work from home and travel so not sure how they expect me to read a notice on the door. No matter how many maintenance request tickets I open. They just close them without doing any work. You ask them what an admin fee is and they can't tell you. Monthly fees such as pest control that comes twice a year. Management wanted to know why I wouldn't renew my lease, it's because management sucks. Never available or knowledgeable of anything when you need them but when they want something from you they become annoying little gnats.

I am a new resident at Marshall. I looked at several new properties in Balch Springs. The moment I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Maria I immediately felt at home. Maria and the maintenance crew made my move a success and worry free.

The customer service was outstanding, and The Marshall was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Maria and Vicki.They went above and beyond to help me with my move in date. I was very impressed with the quality of my apartment! Great, maintenance crew, also! Thank you guys for always responding in a timely manner!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN!!
It AMAZES me how MY community has changed for the WORST within such a short time since the transition of the new management.
Stopped by for information on vacancies and was greeted with the friendliest office staff. I actually felt like they were happy to meet me and cared about my questions. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. After leaving I had a since of a close knit community. Can't wait to call Pioneer Park Place my next home!

The appartments look amazing, they are renovated and spacious! Mona you are such an amazing person and from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You made everything so simple, something that can be so stressful as moving didnt feel that way at all.
