I know they were just going strictly by the book but sometimes you just got to give someone a chance. Even if someone doesn't look the greatest on paper, it doesn't mean they're a risk, it could mean at one point, in their past, they tell on hard times and couldn't make ends meet but now are building a base and you would have been the solid foundation they needed. Sometimes you need to look past the numbers and take a look at the person before you. It's not always clear cut, black and white.

All I wanted to do was view a property, I called went to the office twice, did a questionnaire before I could even get an appointment, 30 mins before my appointment I get a call saying my income wasn’t enough neither was my credit, so I stated I can have a co-signer, their rental place is $1570, I’m currently paying $1590! I feel like no one truly wanted to help me even when I went to the office and then Ms Dean calls me to say she didn’t want to waste my time or her time, like she knew me, I haven’t even applied yet and she didn’t think my time was wasted before then, I believe if I was a different race I would’ve been able to view the property! Need better customer service skills!!

Another company that employs people with little to no knowledge of driving standards or rules. You are driving a billboard with your company name and logo on it. Yet, you don't seem to care as you run people out of their lanes because you have not realized how to properly use blinkers while towing. Fail!
