Martha was an honest person to work with. She had common sense suggestions and guided us toward finding a home that fit us. She was willing to spend time looking at homes and going through the particulars on each house. She was up front with us to keep our negotiations realistic.
As with any real estate dealings, if you really want something, make sure it is in writing.
