A year & a half ago I found myself having to sell my home of 40 years. Recently divorced I could no longer afford the costs of owning & maintaining it, a very difficult and emotional reality to be sure. Someone I trust in the home loan industry recommended Martin Sanchez Jr.as they had dealings with him in the past. I count myself very lucky to have been lead to him. Not only did Martin get me a price that far exceeded my wildest expectations, he handled everything associated with the process --staging, showings, inspections, closing and every other thing that arose. Martin did all of this with a knowledge and professionalism that belied his age. More importantly to me, he always did it with care, empathy and respect for my well being during each phase. Always available to take my calls or make the 2 1/2 hour drive if I needed him on site. To this day he will text me just to see how I am doing, I feel very blessed to have had our paths cross back then. Needless to say, I highly recommend Martin to anyone that needs a realtor... you can't go wrong with him whether you are selling or buying.
