We just moved out after having lived here for a little over two years, and overall it is a very nice community, well kept, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We haven’t ran into very many issues at all. Ample parking, very pet friendly, EV charging which was a huge bonus for us, and maintenance is very quick and responsive to issues. Mainly the only issues we have had here have been with lazy residents not cleaning up after their pets, or parking their non EV vehicle in EV Charging spots. But the staff has been working on dealing with that. Otherwise it’s been great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the Lacey/Olympia area!

Usually apartment complexes get a bad reputation. I moved in here last June and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff are always helpful and the amenities here are great. Fiber to coax in most of the units was a huge plus. Additionally having the club house and espresso machine has been a game changer. What other place puts you in a raffle if you pay rent on time? Overall I have no complaints about the management and property here.

Martingale Apartments are very nice and have nice amenities. The property is well kept up and there’s plenty of parking. I’ve lived here since February and only a small handful of times have either my husband or I had to park somewhere else other than right out front of our building. My only complaint is residents are lazy and don’t pick up after their dogs, and I have stepped in it before. Half the time it’s right by the dog waste stations, which is frustrating (which there are several around the complex btw). Very pet friendly, and allow certain dog breeds that are usually banned everywhere else. The office staff are all very nice and very friendly. It does take awhile to get responses if you email them a question, but I understand they get busy and probably flooded with emails. You’ll get a better and quicker response if you go up to the office. Overall we enjoy living at Martingale, and would recommend others to look here for a nice apartment complex in the Lacey/Olympia area.

The staff at Martingale is amazing. I had to sign the lease without actually seeing the place in person. The pics looked good but I was blown away when I actually walked into the unit. It was so much bigger and nicer than I expected.

The Martingale exceeds my expectations in every way except parking. Close to banking, shopping, and everything that my family needs. LOVE the Clubhouse, pool, and fitness area! My pet loves all the grassy areas.

Poor management. They pick and choose when policies apply and when they don’t. Refuse to fix the parking situation. Don’t want you parking on the curbs (not in fire zones), or in front of their maintenance building but go ahead and break actual laws and park in the handicap spots, no issues there. They removed my previous review, seems they only want to keep the good reviews on google.
