This company will take your money for a rental property and not disclose the known hazardous facts about the property. No electric in 3/4 of the house, no a.c., broken waste pipe plumbing, black mold, hidden escape hatch, Windows glued shut, broken windows, no screens, and more,,, broken fridge & stove included. After paying almost $1500.00 to move in, a code enfocement report proves this home is a health & safety hazard and this property manager and their maintenance people were well aware of its condition and illegal use for occupancy. Beware !!! There are other financial complaints on file for this company and as of this post, my money is still being held hostage after we had to evacuate.
