Mary is a great realtor to have on assisting you. She works to understand a person’s needs and only shows you homes that fit those needs. She’s not about selling a house to a client; she’s focused on selling the right house to a client. She really goes above and beyond.

Before we moved here, we had bought and sold four homes in four different states, so we have a good amount of experience with realtors. Mary found a wonderful home for us in Washington, and she’s by far the best realtor we’ve worked with through all our purchases and sales. She also sold our place in Seattle for us. A good real estate agent is sometimes hard to find. So, let me help you with that, if I could. Enter Mary Richards. Last year Mary helped us sell two houses (not simultaneously) and each house sold for more than the listing and she did it in five days, for each house. She did her homework before coming over and knew the comps. Walked the properties with a critical eye pointing out things we needed to address. She also recommended we have a home inspection done so we were aware of items in need of repair not easily seen. This also made the sale easier as the buyers had all of this information before seeing the house. So "buyer beware" was addressed. Helped us stage the house to put the best foot forward. Had a professional photographer. Did open houses. She worked well with the buyer's agents and with their banks getting anything they needed taken care of (that's huge). Beyond that, she is personable and extremely easy to work with. She has been an agent in the area for a long time and knows other agents in the area well. Our personal experience with Mary was on the sale side. However, a family member used her a couple of years ago on the buy side and was also very pleased, which was actually why we chose her. I have had experience with other agents. In my opinion, it is not even close. Mary Richards is fantastic. There is no other agent I would use in the area.
