Would highly recommend Maryann and her team for your home buying / realtor needs. We recently closed on our forever home, and don't know that we would have found it without her help!

We randomly but very fortunately met Maryann at an open house where she was the listing agent, while we were casually starting to visit open houses. When we formally kicked off our own search a few months later, we decided to partner with her as our realtor after speaking with several agents. Our search was focused on Hillsborough / Burlingame / San Mateo specifically, so we knew her connections and direct experience in those markets would be an asset.

My wife and I hoped we could find our forever home, though we were also considering a starter home since the forever home would stretch us. Maryann was immediately helpful in both - helping us think through the two options, and kicking off a search simultaneously for both. We all agreed we were looking for a needle in a haystack given our must-haves, nice-to-haves, and budget, but that didn't phase her - she was up for the challenge.

Working with Maryann was a pleasure. From taking calls after hours, to meeting us last minute when a new house came on market, to staying proactive and on top of everything - she was a great partner throughout our search. She was also a very strong advocate during negotiations, but without putting pressure on us at any point. It was easy to trust that she would do what it takes to get the deal done while supporting us at every step of the way.

And even though our search started in early 2022 when there was a huge price spike from winter demand and rising interest rates - potentially putting a forever home out of reach for us - she didn't give up and helped us stay positive. We ended up finding our forever home, on only our second offer!

Overall we were very happy with Maryann and her real estate team, would 100% work with her again in the future, and highly recommend her to others.
