I have been working with Matt and his team on various transactions over the last decade. Most recently, Matt worked with my parents on the sale of their family home. Matt's knowledge of the market, attention to detail, negotiation skills and proactive approach for potential buyers was top notch. Matt is a Bay Area native who has done a fabulous job educating himself on any and all Bay Area trends and is someone my entire family trusts 100%. Matt and his team did an excellent job assisting in the sale of a family home, he was so mindful of the emotions involved in the sale. He made the entire process (from upgrades and repairs to closing the sale) so easy, no stress involved at all. And we closed significantly above list! Matt helped me buy my first house 10 years ago. He convinced me it was the right time to buy and he sure was right. Fast forward to 2020 and my house more than doubled in value! My now family of 3 was ready to find our forever home. We didn’t hesitate to retain Matt as our agent once again. This time he helped us sell and buy. Knowing this was our first time selling, Matt put us at ease during the process and encouraged us to make the right improvements prior to selling. He helped get our house in tip-top shape and it showed great. We got 11 offers (nearly all of them over asking) and it ended up going for $65,000 over the listing price. He took the time to answer our many questions and got us in a great position to quickly turn around and hit the market to now look for our forever home. When we found the home we wanted, we told Matt and he simply made it happen. He helped us stand out from other buyers in a very competitive market. One of our main concerns during both the selling and buying process was keeping safe during the pandemic. Matt was very accommodating to our concerns and made sure all safety protocols were followed. He supported us through what could have been such a stressful process. He exceeded all of our expectations. He has great knowledge and most importantly he gets the job done.
