Matt is a pleasure to work with. For years I went to him for all my car shopping needs and when he switched to real estate my boyfriend and I reached out to him for help in buying our first home. We bought our second house with Matt’s help this past summer and had a great experience with him. He is incredibly professional, supportive, and punctual with responses (at all times of the day and night I might add). He was very knowledgeable of the market and the area where we bought our house and was effective with establishment of a relationship with the sellers agent in order to have effective processes and negotiation. He also has stayed in touch after the sale and has been helpful in a few important ways, including helping us get information about a home warranty program we did not know we had and has saved us some money. Overall VERY impressed with Matt’s work ethic, experience, and general pleasant attitude. Could not recommend him enough!!

Matt was an amazing Realtor, and I don't say that casually. We have bought and sold 9 houses over the years and know a truly good Realtor when we have one. We cold-called Matt to ask for help buying an inexpensive property we could fix up for my Mother-in-law. Our budget was 80k! Our intrepid Matt took us to some pretty rough properties with a can-do attitude and armed with rehabilitation facts and figures that helped us to determine which would be a good investment and which were money-pits. I HIGHLY recommend Matt for both regular and investment properties, as he is super knowledgeable about the area/local markets and real estate in general, ultra responsive, and on top of the details. He will for sure be who we call if we ever need to sell or purchase another property.

I met Matt as a member of a real estate coaching group which I have to say has some of the most supportive and growth oriented people I know in this business.
