This area continues to be a great option for my out-of-state buyers who are looking to move to the area in Gig Harbor. McCormick offers a more affordable option and BONUS! has amenities that will be coming soon to accomodate the "Play where you Live" lifestyle. Just 20 min north of Gig Harbor and for a lot less $! Yes please!

Highly Recommend!

A Perfect Location. Excellent proximity to parks, hiking trails, and the McCormick Woods Golf Course. Homes are beautifully designed with ample space for family, and the surrounding landscape is simply breathtaking. Lush greenery and walking trails create a peaceful atmosphere.

Overall, I can't recommend McCormick Woods highly enough. It's a place where you can feel at home, surrounded by beauty and a supportive community.
