I couldn't recommend McLain Property Management anymore. They are extremely responsive, empathetic, and timely in all that they do. I feel that they represent the own of the property and tenant alike.

I can’t express enough how happy I am and my team partnership with McLain. I have a cleaning service company in North County of San Diego. McLain has been consistently sending cleaning projects to us whether it’s a Move-Out or Move-In Ready cleaning. They have a superb system and documentation for every property condition with pictures and detail notes showing to me and my team. This really helps my team knowing what situation we will be facing and that way we could bring proper tools and equipment for the project in order to provide the best service to their renters or owners. I do want to point out McLain’s seamless communication is all because Khira Capio. She always friendly to assist any questions that I have in a professional manner. Overall, based on my great experience I would highly recommend any vendor working with McLain.

McLain Properties is simply outstanding. Our property manager, Jessica Zornes, has been managing our property for many years, and she, along with the entire team, is exceptional. They are always available for problem-solving and guidance, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and care for both owners and tenants. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and Jessica. Anyone seeking a property management company that will care for your property better than you would should look no further. They are the best!

We have two properties with McLain Properties
(and two more we will move immediately if McLain Properties
opens up a branch in Palm Desert 😉), as well as 7 other properties and several other Property Management companies in areas McLain Properties
doesn't serve.
All the Team is great, but I wanted to reach out specifically about Jessica and our property in Escondido.
We have had nightmarish issues with the HOA management company of this property that have gone rogue over a slab leak at the property. It has been an indescribable mess, yet Jessica has maintained her composure, professionalism, and cool throughout, whilst dealing with the opposite at the other end, as well as obviously frustrated tenants, and with the owners (us) away during all this in Kauai so unable to help much.
Jessica has really gone above and beyond keeping communication flowing and clarifying a lot of misinformation coming through the pipeline from others.
As business owners, we know that complaints are frequent, and kudos infrequent. While I never seem to have enough time in a day, I felt I needed to make time to express our impressions of Jessica.
She has always provided great input, has looked for savings or value (we often believe spending a little more for quality is better than finding cheapest) when repairs or work is needed at the properties, and has guided us toward smart decisions regarding our properties while pleasing our tenants… this was “greater than expected service” – Her handling of the recent fiasco has been exceptional.
She is a great asset to McLain properties, and I hope that you understand many owners/clients probably feel as we do whether they express it or not.

I have been a long time renter with McLain Properties 6+ years, I have never had an issue with their excellent staff and any minor issues with the property that couldn't be resolved quickly and professionally. As renters know, nothing is perfect but with our Manager Jessica at McLain Properties, she makes it so easy to deal with to completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience with a property management company.
