We had a wonderful experience with MCR Property Management. Diane and Barbara are great. We were very well taken care of renting, and recently we bought our house with help of MCR Real Estate and Property Management. Diane Gallagher is very knowledgeable and helpful realtor. She Is very hardworking, client oriented, experienced and truly professional. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to get all their goals met during house buying adventure. Hands off management. Doesn’t return phone calls ever. Diane Gallagher Has no idea about the geography of the property she’s managing or about the data or electrical transformers that are located on the premises that service existing neighbors.

When called for access to the yard I was told someone would return my call- no one ever did. I called again one month later and was again given the run around- it’s now been two months and she finally has returned my third phone call. Her tone was disinterested, cold, and mildly annoyed. Calling me from her car with music blaring in the background and acts as if unlocking a gate for Comcast to run service from a pole located in the vacant backyard of the property she manages that has a central Comcast receiver is a major inconvenience to her... horrible attitude and very unprofessional... surprised she’s in any kind of business- let alone one that deals with the public.

This property management has been so good to me throughout these two years and I highly recommend because whenever there is a problem with your property they send someone out right away to fix the problem and there is always someone there to answer any of my questions or concerns.
