We started househunting back in March 2024 and our real estate agent suggested we check out new homes. We started out in Modesto and those extending areas and then decided to come out to Patterson because we saw some new builds out here which I thought would be awesome because it would help my husband‘s commute. Once we met the sellers here at DR Horton we felt seen and heard and loved the Price for the square footage we would get. As we kept visiting and picked a lot and saw our house being built and continued to visit the office, it began to feel like family! We have enjoyed our journey from beginning to end and still visit the office, and the wonderful people that helped us purchase our new home! I love it here.

This review is ONLY for Tina Steele. She is absolutely amazing!!! I was able to get my clients in at the first release thanks to her lightening fast turn around time! I was so shocked she called me back the same day I left a message in the general mailbox. To break it down, I left a message on a Friday. She reached out to me the same day. The first release was the very next day. Because of her promptness, my clients were able to be there at the first release and were able to get the best incentives! I've worked with countless builders, and no one has gotten back to me as fast as Tina did. Because of her, my clients were able to buy a house! The incentives helped them qualify...they might not have without them. She boosted my reputation/image as well because she was so fast and also full of knowledge! She knows all of the different warranties by heart. I wouldn't be surprised if she could recite the periodic table of elements. I am very impressed by Tina's level of service and professionalism.

Kris and Dan are amazing when it comes to making you and your clients feel welcomed in a new community. Every time I bring them a client they are ready to help and drop everything to make sure the clients and agents are up to date with programs and incentives for their clients.
