Wanda was fabulous to work with. She communicated constantly through out the process, followed through on everything we discussed, and helped us schedule inspections as we lived out of town. Wanda Merees is a very loving realtor. After my mother-in-law passed away in November 2022, Wanda helped us on what we should and should not do to sell our house. Then when it was time to put it up for sale it was hard for my husband, but she help him through it, he was very stressed on the sale of the house. In the end the stress level went down. She also help us out any way she could to make sure that the house would sale. In the end we are very happy and now we are starting over with a new house in Oregon when we find the right one. If I could I would have had Wanda help us with the house in Oregon that we are also trying to buy now.
If there where more stars I would have giving you guys 100 stars. You guys ROCK and we LOVE YOU guys.

Amanda Taylor of Menees Realty was our buyer’s agent and I can not recommend her highly enough.  We were in the process of moving from out of state, and she was flexible to our needs and made sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed.  She must have shown us over 30 homes and was just as professional, knowledgeable and pleasant on the last one as she was the first one.  Amanda had a great understanding of the local market, as well as idiosyncrasies that could be expected in homes of the age we were looking for. She made sure we were comfortable in all aspects of the process, and helped us until we found the perfect home.  She also had a wealth of knowledge about local companies to help with any issues that needed to be addressed.  Amanda really made the process easy and I would recommend her to anyone.

Wanda rocks! On signing day we went for a final walk through and the house had been intentionally flooded by the tenants! They took their fridge and washing machine and left the ice maker line running pointing into the living room. Wanda kept us from signing and sorted everything out with the other agent and the seller. It took an extra month but we were able to close on a house with fixed up flooring. Thanks Wanda!
