Lived here for almost 2 years and reached out to the property manager, Devin, on a couple occasions. Was always attentive and quick to fulfill my requests. The building itself is older, but well maintained. Also really appreciated the maintenance team as well!

Recently moved out of one of MPM's rentals and I can't speak highly enough of them as a management company and especially Erin who was so kind and helpful!! They were respectfully hands off but also quick to respond to any maintenance needs etc. 10/10 would rent from them again!!

Look no further when finding a place to rent! MPM is the best you can get. Erin at the front desk is incredibly kind and responsive. The on-site manager is accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Rented from 5320/5340 Adobe Falls Road for about 9 months. No problems of note. Washing machines and dryers worked or were fixed promptly, no noisy neighbors, parking was never an issue even with the non assigned space parking lot -- even if you arrived as late as 1 AM ; you would just need to walk farther.

No rent increases when going from 6 month to month to month. The only issue I ever had was resolved before move in. The on-site manager is a very nice personable woman.

I am actually sort of sad to leave since this is the best rental experience I've had in living in San Diego, but I just have to move closer to my new job -- 1 hour commutes every morning are not fun.

We rented a unit from them on 2950 Clairemont dr. from 2006 through 2010. They have showed us the worst experience of dealing with unprofessional, twisted minded business approach. It has been 10 years that I moved out of their apartment but I still get goosebumps remembering them. They charged us 700$ for already throughly cleaned , perfect returned apartment. Even on-site manager told us that they will charge either way because it is what they do. They also have a condescending demeanor that they know the best. The lady in front of the door even challenged me(engineer)with a great Math calculation that I should not multiply first, I should divide before multiplying. At least that makes me laugh from time to time but still not worth the $700 that they scammed from us.

They are there to collect your rent. They will not help with anything and the manager of the building is so NOSEY!! When I was looking for a new car after my car lease expired he tried to take away my parking spot, even though it was guaranteed to me in my lease. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

I lived in the apt for 5 years at 4222 Alabama #5. My rent started at $795 and every year in June like clockwork the rent went up at least $35. It ended at $1000 dollars and now they want to rent the apt for $1300. It’s ridiculous. My balcony never drained water, it would flood every time it rained and they said that I could sweep it. They never fixed it. The windows would leak air and heat. The water was warm in the summer and freezing in the winter, which made showers super uncomfortable. You could never cool off in the summer. They also decided to illegally transform storage spaces to apts under me and were breaking through concrete, cutting into the walls and putting in piping without ever telling me, until I asked what was going on. It was horrible and they did not care about the noise they just told me the owner came to do these things and there’s nothing they could do even though it was totally illegal for the owner to do so. THEY DO NIT CARE ABIUT TENANTS RIGHTS!!!!!

Since this place took over management of my building my wife's car has been broken into three times, a washer machine has been left broken for weeks at a time, the pool is filthy, the landscaping has deteriorated, and a landslide ate three cars (only thing the building did was clean the parking lot, nothing to fix the hillside). They're less responsive to maintenance calls and their on-site manager is completely useless
