Ben Levin and Meridee Carter went above and beyond in helping me to remodel, stage and sell my house in Richmond, in a challenging market (and a challenging property).
I will be forever grateful for them. What an incredible team. They spent countless hours dealing with trash hauling, managing contractors and painters and work crews, as well as selecting colors, fixtures, and advising on where to best spend my limited repair/remodel budget. They did so much more than one could and should expect from their agents to do, helping me save significant amounts of time as I live on the other side of the Bay from the property. Will definitely use them again for other listings in the area.

I think that Meridee is the one person who could have managed the sale of our uncle's home as well as she did. She handled the organization and timeline of everything so smoothly. With the market conditions/interest rates being what they are, we wanted a quick sale. I think that the buyers and sellers (us) both benefited from her skills in bringing the home to market so quickly.

Our uncle, in his latter years, became a hoarder. Meridee managed everything from hiring cleanup crews, people to work on the yard, painting doors, replacing fixtures and windows. By the time she was done, a buyer could see the possibilities. And all of this while I lived out-of-state.

After the closing, she reminded me to take care of the utilities and possible home insurance rebate.

I am so glad that we got to work with Meridee!
