This was a lovely place to stay. I lived here for 5 years and have no complaints. People at the front desk were always friendly and answered all my questions. Maintenance was great too, always fixed everything promptly. All the amenities were in great condition and super clean. Nice gym. Awesome huge pool and hot tub! Highly recommend

Would like to give a shout out to the maintenance team here, specifically Danny and Louis. My requests for support are always responded to quickly and with great care but recently had a minor flood in my garage. Issue was addressed right away and I was kept updated. This means a great deal to me. Also, props to Kelly and her office staff. Thanks, all!

Do not move here.

3 maintenance people went into my home while my girl was alone. One cornered her in a room and told her he watches her everyday, and asked her to go out with him.

We reported him and nothing was done. We still saw him driving by our place every day. Horrible and creepy. We installed cameras after that. I have emails to prove this occurred.

After I moved out they kept my full security deposit for “paint”.

I moved out a month early and they told me they rented the unit out as soon as I left. A month later I received a letter from collections stating I owed the full balance. No attempt to tell me the unit wasn’t filled, just straight to collections. I have emails to corroborate this as well.

I know many other precious tenants going through this as well.

My time here was a nightmare. Staff is rude and have no sympathy for anyone or anything. You’ve been warned.

It's been an absolute pleasure staying at The Meridian and I have only the best things to say about the office and maintenance crew. Every issue was always resolved promptly and to my absolute satisfaction.
At the end, Kylee made the rent termination easy and she was always very transparent and helpful with the process.

Thank you for a great 3 years at the Meridian!

We had an absolutely nightmare experience trying to move in here. The people in the office are rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and unprepared. I have never had a worse experience with any transaction in my life. Whatever you do, do not ever try and rent an apartment here.

Loved living here, amenities were great and so was atmosphere. Grounds were kept clean and grass is green, big dog park, car washing station, lots of open parking too for our guests & the nature trails were nice to have. Maintenance was on top of everything as well!

We have been living at the Meridian for about 6 months now and have no complaints. The amenities and surrounding areas are always being cleaned and well kept. Even family who came to visit us noticed how well they take care of everything here . And the maintenance guys are great, they’re very quick to respond and are super respectful. They come and get things done within minutes. We’ve been super comfortable living here and continue to enjoy it!
