First off Mike is Steller, Meritage lucky to have such a committed employee, I write this review hoping to save people time/ Meritage changes its model homes. We recently decided to look into other communities after seeing our design package and floor plan mostly done. Every model home has features mixed that you can no longer pick. The claim is the new packages save money for consumers but ultimately leaves your interior design severely lacking compared to other builders for the money. I really wish they’d update the models so future possible inquiries aren’t left feeling like we were. Extremely frustrating especially when you check recent prior home sales in the community and price out your own package to see how minuscule those savings are.

Who would have thought that buying a new home could be such a great experience? Everyone at Meritage has been extremely friendly and helpful. They've been communicating with me frequently with updates and information. It has truly been a pleasure working with them.

Just signed a contract for my new home to be built. Everything's gone smoothly so far. Mike has been an excellent sales guide and has communicated clearly and promptly throughout the exploratory and sales process. He's kept me updated via text, email and phone, and provided videos and photos that he took himself relating to my lot and home specs. Very good experience to date; looking forward to seeing the project develop.
