I have lived at the Woodlands for over a year and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. I'm glad a ground floor apartment was available when I needed an apartment. Jackie, Josh and Sheana do an awesome job. Nice location and any issues are addressed quickly.

Horrible management company. The individuals at the office at Woodlands are rude and hateful. I was frequently called and harassed about things done by the neighbors. The drastic rent increase in 2018, for what is offered at the Crosswind apartments, is a ridiculous price. There is limited parking ( everyone parks under the cover portion leaving a long walk to your apartment), the road is not tended to in the winter, and maintenance will show up unexpectedly ( were often given a several week window of time in which work was to be done, with no specific date).

While the location is convenient to I 79, I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.
