Mike helped me sell my house in San Mateo in December of 2021. I chose Mike for two reasons, first because of his experience in the field -- especially in the local market. Mike knows the Peninsula. He is a local guy who has been in real estate practically all his life. Second reason I chose Mike is because he lived four houses down. I was pretty sure he would be filled with pride every time he drove by if he got me a great price for my house. He did.
My sales situation required a lot of service. I needed someone to clean out the place, get some of the upgrades we had done up to code and then improve it so that it was in move in condition. This required a lot of work and coordination. All of which Mike and his team did. All I had to do was to watch as they turned my gently worn house into a beautiful showcase home. There was a point I was so impressed that I did not want to sell the house. But if that were the case you would not be reading this review😊

The selling process was a breeze. The house was so beautiful after Mike and team were done with it that we got offers before it went on the market. In the end we got what I felt was the best price we could. I remain very impressed with Mike and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

When we met Mike we were homeless. There was absolutely no chance we were going to get a house in the peak real estate market the summer of 2021. We needed the best and we needed it fast. We knew Mike as a very good friend, but then when people heard that we had to find a place in San Mateo we were told “You are lucky. Mike is THE guy.”

He turned out to be THE guy at the right time. We gave him what were probably unrealistic expectations at that time, but Mike found our property and negotiated with the owner to sell—off market! He found exactly what we wanted. We bought a beautiful home with four bedrooms, three baths plus a mother-in-law unit! If you are going to buy in the Bay Area you need a hunter — hoping for a house is not a strategy here.

Finding a quality realtor is hard. Lucky for my wife and I, Mike was recommended to us. On first impression, he was very personable and knowledgeable. He wasn’t aggressive and was able to give us great sound advice.

One of the best features about Mike, was that he was available essentially 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I work 12 hour night shifts and I would accidentally text him at 2 or 3 in the morning during my “lunch break” and he would promptly respond to my surprise. Whether it came to document signings or just updates, he was always on top of his stuff.

He helped my wife and I purchase our first home and answered all of our questions to ease our anxiety through out the whole process. Almost like holding our hand through the process figuratively speaking.
