Michelle, and her team are just simply amazing. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone that may be looking to sell. I was in a tough spot in life and had a residence I needed to sell. The home needed a lot of work but was in a great market. After talking with several agents before her, I couldn’t help but feel they were trying to find the quickest way to sell and get paid. Michelle and her team really came to the table with my best interest at heart. She did everything she could do to make sure I got the most for my property. Any situation she would give it to me straight about what I could do to bring in more potential buyers, and what wasn’t needed. I even had a section of fence that fell over 2 days before closing and Michelle sent her people out to fix it! Free! Like what? Not only did we sell the home super quick, but was priced higher than others and came out way above our asking. I won’t use anyone else from now on.

Michelle Westford was a delight to work with as she represented a buyer on a listing of mine Shoreline WA. I found her communication authentic and honest going through negotiations. Her buyers asked for an additional inspection and Michelle was able to help them come up with a reasonable compromise in order to keep the contract under way to the final sale. She really works for the betterment of all involved, which in today's dog eat dog society is a rarity. Kudos to Michelle, she is a shining star among brokers!

Michelle was our real estate agent who represented my husband and I during the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. We can’t say enough about how terrific she is – extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and how to negotiate and handle transactions. Yet, she also has a great sense of humor and makes you feel like family. She’s very detail oriented, hardworking, and a great communicator. Michelle helped me purchase my first home and it was a great experience! I was an out of state buyer so communication was extremely important. Michelle was thorough in her viewings of the properties, getting details, giving insight into decisions and opportunities of the homes.
