Mike was wonderful helping us thru the process of finding our home. Its definitely a difficult process if you don' have a realtor like Mike to answer your questions. I'm a first time buyer and he walked us thru the steps and had recommendations for us when we needed them. There were some minor repairs needed to be done on the house that we wanted to purchase and Mike helped us negotiate with the seller's realtor to get a credit towards our closing costs.
