Mike Meza was our purchasing agent when we went searching for a new home in 2021. Our requirements were challenging to meet, and the few houses that had potential were spread rather far apart. Mike never hesitated to drive long distances to meet us and show us properties, even when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted. He also gave us some very useful advice, such as pointing out materials or construction qualities of past renovations (good or bad), or cautioning us about the costs of fireproofing extra overgrown acreage on woodland margins. We hadn’t purchased a new home in over 30 years, and the landscape had changed a lot since then, as well as the challenges of searching during the pandemic.
