I have lived here almost 15 years and have made this my home. The maintenance team we keep is extremely important to our happiness of living here and Chris osa has been great with fixing things properly and even fixing mistakes made by others. Very kind and professional. I've seen some great changes in the property and hope to be here many more years

Chris in maintenance goes above and beyond making sure everything gets fixed the way it should after trying to get others to fix it for years and it never getting done right. Maintenance guys are super sweet and warm making you feel safe having them entering your residence. They are about the only redeeming thing about this place. Other worker in the front office is cold, callused and extremely rude and speaks to you like you're an idiot. Completely uncalled for. Seems they forget this is our home. We should not have to be filled with dread whenever they get called or have to enter the office to talk to them. If you dislike people so much maybe this isn't the job for you 🤷‍♀️.

STAY AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN! I live at this apartment for few years now. Management and Maintenance are just getting worst and worst. Homeless and Drug addicts are littering and walking around the apartment building day and night. They close the office hours as they pleased.

These apartments are conveniently located but not all together the nicest I've ever seen. And be careful of getting towed if you don't properly register in visitor parking

Too many rules with inconsistencies. You can't have a window air conditioner but you can have an air conditioner that's inside the apartment with hoses going in and out of the window. And like that. Owned and managed by a corporation and it really shows.

Worst experience ever. To strict on requirements and won’t even negotiate. Automatically denies anyone who has a bad record even if it is records from the past. I never had an issue before. My application went through rentcafe. Worst ever. They said I didn’t make enough money to pay for the rent that it would have costed when I make over $4000 a month. There a joke.

I wanted to take the time and give a big thank you to Chris in maintenance. We've had several other maintenance personnel that didn't fix what he did. But its more than that he made my wife and kids feel comfortable. Big shout out to him. Outside of that every place has issues however they have a manager now that cares and is trying. Appreciate the hard work.
