I was greeted at the door with a smile and a welcoming feeling. The young lady was very knowledgeable about the property. She took time to explain options and work with me showing me around units and how well the property was protected. The property was very clean from the office to the storage buildings. She made sure I had enough room for my household property with a respectable rate. I would highly recommend her and the storage company for your storage needs. Property management was on site and welcome me and made sure all things was in place before leaving.

I had an exceptional experience while renting a storage unit at Mini Mall Storage. The staff, Joe and Todd, were informative, courteous, and went above and beyond the normal expectations and the level of service, of what storage personnel would typically deliver. So much in fact that on my initial phone conversation with Joe, I choose a unit immediately coming to the facility to go ahead and secure what she and I had discussed. Not only did I receive exceptional service but a great rate! I would definitely rent from Mini Mall Storage in Cross Lanes again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for such an exceptional encounter.

Great quality and fair pricing. All facilities are secure with fencing and passcode to open gate! Wouldn’t store my stuff with anyone else. Highly recommend.

The staff at mini mall storage was so patient with me in trying to help me get everything taken care of and to find the perfect unit for my small business. They allowed me to check out different sizes before finally choosing the right one for my needs. I finalized my rental with Pete and he was fantastic, he was so kind and did everything possible to help the process go smoothly and convenient for me. I’m so impressed with their friendly approach and professional attitudes! So happy I took the plunge!
