I had the most unfortunate pleasure of working with Kyle Wilfer, real estate agent. If you desire someone to not act on the behalf of their client, if you desire an agent to allow good deals, more economical deals to pass you buy because he is seeking a higher commission, or to have an agent lie to your face about deals that are no longer on the table because you were out bid only to find out that he just never presented your offer to begin with or never responded to counter offers or never followed up with showings d or scheduled showings due to the low commission....the Kyle Wilder is your guy!!!!!!
