=UPDATE= I have been meaning to update this for awhile. I've added a star from my previous 3 stars. Kevin and danielle are wonderful. They actually worked on our behalf with the company to see that our deposit was returned after we sat down with them and laid out our concerns. So while it's sad the corporate side may not be high on my list, the onsite management staff rocks. Also, work orders may have taken awhile or been forgotten (the major ones were always handled quick), the maintenance guys were very friendly as well. If you're looking for a decent place to live for a year, maybe 2, this is a good option.

Quiet and nice neighbors. Remodeled apts are pretty and modern. We loved our view of the greenbelt. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff are friendly and helpful although work orders may not get addressed without a lot of reminders to the office. Management staff Danielle and Kevin are awesome. There is a new girl in the front office that I found sour and generally condescending. My husband noticed also but didn't mention it because we were moving soon anyway. Downsides are the front gate that was never fixed even though we were told from the first week of being there it would be. We had to run to the front the entire 15 mos to let in guests. We moved from the Mirabella because rent was raised $100 after lease was up IF we signed another year lease and if we wanted to instead go month to month there would be about a $400 increase per month. Speaking to another resident informed me that this exorbitant increase would happen every year and so we decided to look for other options. We found a much larger fabulous duplex about a mile away for only $30 more than the amount we had been paying at the Mirabella. I would recommend the Mirabella, it's quiet and nice, just be aware the gate probably will won't get fixed, the front office girl wont be winning any customer service awards and the rent will be raised at least $100 at the end of your term.

Mirabella is a very quiet and tranquil place to live. The amenities are fantastic even thinking about our 4 legged buddies. The staff office and maintenance staff are very attentive and quick to help with anything you might need.

If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment and perfect floor plan (I’m in a 1 bedroom top floor with private front porch and private back patio.

The staff there is incredibly helpful and fast. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance or help with anything like a new key faub or gate opener etc. For maintenance they have always showed up that same day when it was urgent and usually same day for just normal maintenance needs over my time living here and fixed and even ordered me a brand new nice microwave bc I was having issues with mine when I first came back to live here again.

I’d like to thank Martha for her excellent in person and on the phone hospitality, customer service and caring when I needed help with a flooding toilet among other things. She made sure it was fixed within an hour or so. She’s done the same with other maintenance issues snd both her and Alex have helped me get maintenance issues resolved. Shout out to Alex (apartment rental agent?) he was the one who worked very hard to get me an apartment here a few years ago and did a lot of work to get me that apartment. Due to some personal issues I had going on with proof of income etc. He did the same thing when I decided to move back to Mirabella a year or so later. So big shout out to Martha, Alex, and of course the EXCELLENT maintenance crew we have at Mirabella They truly care about their tenants and that’s a nice feeling knowing you’re in good hands. We moved out September 2021. I see our old layout is now over 1900 a month? That’s crazy. We paid 1350 and we honestly still felt that was overpaying for what you get. Yes, it’s a decent size and has a nice kitchen and bathroom. Parking SUCKS near the O building because so many buildings are right there. If you didn’t get off work by 3 you are parking far. I would almost prefer assigned parking so you can actually get a spot near your place. Also when we first got the apartment (only got to see it via video due to COVID) they promised it only had carpet in the bedroom but there was carpet everywhere. We did see quite a few roaches but they tried to claim it was “water bugs” but did dent pest control quickly. Probably because we were the second floor it didn’t get too bad. The people in the office were always super helpful though but I have seen them be nasty to tenants they didn’t like. One of our friends also lived here and they basically drove her out by increasing her rent 500. When it came time to give our notice or renew they never increased ours so I’m not sure what their bias was. We left because we moved but probably would have stayed. Just simply would not rent this place for as much as they’re advertising it now due to the pest, parking, and aesthetic of the apartment.

I don’t often write reviews but because of the exceptional experience I had living at the Mirabella Apartments in Bermuda Dunes, I wanted to make sure to share my experience.
From the moment we walked in the office we were greeted by Macy and Danielle with warm welcomes. Macy was originally our point of contact who was absolutely a doll but she no longer works for the property. Danielle soon after became our point of contact and I have to say her professionalism and timely follow-ups made our life at Mirabella stress free. When there was a maintenance issue (which wasn’t often) I would call Danielle and she would get it taken care of right away and immediately follow up with me regarding the situation and to make sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. I was always surprised she got everything accomplished so fast because it seemed like she was the only one ever working the in office.
I would absolutely recommend living at Mirabella. The property is always clean and quiet. The laundry facilities are clean and there are an abundance of washers and dryers. The pools have Cabanas and the pools are rarely occupied by many residence if any at all. Management throws social gatherings monthly and posts flyers to mailboxes and front doors about complimentary wine and cheese or coffee and doughnuts.
Maintenance team is awesome as well.
Lastly, a super BIG THANKS AND SHOUT OUT TO DANIELLE you truly made our time at Mirabella exceptional! Good luck to you and we will continue to recommend your property and send potential clients your way!

Mirabella was my home for over 3 years. I first looked into renting at this place due to their allowance of large dogs. I was new the valley so was unfamiliar with the community at large. However, I was so grateful I chose Mirabella! There is large spacious outdoor landscapes-perfect to walk your dog or just step away from the busyness of life. Great amenities and the property was always quiet, and relaxing. The atmosphere was very safe; which made Mirabella a pleasant home.

The staff was always so friendly and helpful with their convenient on-site location and hours. I had the privilege to work with Danielle Scholz, Assistant Community Director for several years. She was always very friendly and greeted me by name; even though there were many residents, she took the time to get to know us. She always stopped her busy day to help us. She really made my home a wonderful additional experience. Tina was very helpful as well.

Thank you Mirabella! It has been an honor and privilege to call Mirabella My Home for 3.5 years!

A couple days into moving into my apartment, I realized my apartment had a SEVERE roach infestation. Other neighbors had stated that they had seen roaches in their apartments as well. Management labeled them as innocent "water bugs," however these were straight roaches that were numerous & relentless. Sprayers came to spray my apartment, but to no avail. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, management became unresponsive to my concerns and would not allow me to exit the lease due to the uninhabitable conditions. After threatening to take legal action, management then decided to allow me to exit the lease, however, the process was not easy. Before moving here, ask about their bug problem and the actions that they will take to ensure that you are living in a clean and habitable place.

P.S. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Scholz, who is an awesome person and tried to be very accommodating. It was the "higher ups" that were the most uncooperative. Danielle is great! Tina was also very nice.
