I had an outstanding experience working with Miraflores management. Margarita and Edwin(Technician).
She helped me through the process on processing and approving the rental of my apartment in a timely manner.

What truly set her apart was her responsiveness --she was always available to answer my questions and provide updates on maintenance and leasing.

I highly recommend Miraflores Luxury apartment to anyone seeking a spacious, affordable and luxurious apartment. Unfortunately, after a year in this wonderful place with a swimming pool and a pool table I must leave.

Friendly staff, well maintained grounds, quick response time from maintenance
, large pool and hot tub, and beautiful spacious apartments. I have been happily living here for 9 months and cannot complain. A lot if offered for the price and as someone who works from home and spends a great deal of time here I find it well worth it.

Lisa is the reason why i will never rent in this community. IF her customer service is how you treat your tenants I am better of sleeping in my car. Stockholders, investors BEWARE- you are loosing valuable tenants due to poor talent, horrible service, belligerent mean angry receptionist or she called herself manager.

Excellent location! Staff is great and always here. I am here from San Diego and no one was open, let alone, to even take the time to call me back. So glad I found this place. I can see why some people might think it is overpriced considering all the horrible places near the area. When I saw this place, I had to wait 2 months to get my apartment but it was so worth it. Not sure about anyone else but you get what you pay for and I am happy here.

So far we've had a good experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's not really luxury but it is a surprisingly nice place for El Centro, so it stands out quite a bit. This will be updated when we leave.

This was an awful complex to live in! Poorly maintained, overpriced. The pool was always dirty and the staff were extremely rude. If you had an issue with anything breaking good luck! I suggest going to Villa Bonita across the way.

Staff was rude after I signed my lease. They over charge for cleaning and they want the apartment back in better conditions than it was given.
