I hired Favi to deep clean a motorhome I planned to move into before I arrived to move in. I had trouble booking with her website, but when I spoke to her on the phone, we talked about a date and time. She did not ever contact me to confirm, however. I had to call her again to find out my job was in fact on her schedule.

She went to see the RV the night before to preview the job. At this point if there were concerns, if she needed more time to do the job, or if she felt she and her company were unable to do this job for any reason, it should have been brought up then. The quote generated by her website was $305.

She and one other person came to “clean” on the set day, and I’m sure they did something, but what they left behind was inexcusable. When I came the next day with my movers, I was unable to move in because I was scrubbing walls and wiping out drawers and cabinets. I sent Favi a few pictures and she apologized, assuring me that the $350 she was charging was all for time they spent working. She explained that one person started at the front while the other started at the back, and they met in the middle. Some things may have been missed. I could understand a thing here or there, but I paid her $400 for a job I ended up doing myself. The pictures speak for themselves. The wipe is one swipe across the light fixture to clean the dust. You see behind the couch. I can’t photograph under the couch. You see the grit and grime left in one of the kitchen drawers.

Favi talks a good talk. She’s very pleasant, friendly, and kind. But I wouldn’t hire her to clean anything.

We love Miss Clean! Favi & her team are great! They’re punctual, friendly, and always do a stellar job. Our home is always so nice to come to after they’ve been here. We’ve used Miss Clean for several years now and, quite honestly, I can’t remember ever having a complaint.

Faviola and her team have cleaned my house now for years! Not only do they clean very very well, but always go the extra mile. It feels great to come home after a cleaning day. Even my often crusty glass stovetop is sparkling. 😀
