Ericka has been nothing but AMAZING since my family and i moved in here! Irene and the maintenance men have been so helpful when anything goes wrong!! it’s made living in our first place amazing and plus it’s super quiet here!

Love the place, maintenance comes quick and the people are nice. Also I live on the second floor and it’s pretty clean. Parking gets taken pretty fast though.

Laundry and dry cleaning doesn’t cost TOO much.

I’m super biased though because my last apartment sucked.

I love it here. Great place to live really is. I'd give 4 stars I really would but there's just a couple of things. The back pool for the complex is always having issues so I'm unable to to really swim unless I want to go to the front where it's crowded or taken 9 times out of 10. Out of the 5 years we've been here I've been able to use the back pool a total of 5 times. Due to either it being packed or it's just not working or not unlocked for community use. I understand the whole maintenance thing I really do. But even though one of the amenities that is promised isn't available the rent isn't adjusted. Which feels like I'm paying for a service that hasn't been provided to me nor really the rest of the community. Literally my only gripe. The front office staff are always friendly. The maintenance crew while often changing are fantastic as well. The current crew has to the best tbh. The rent is alright. Over all 9.5/10. Literally only gripe is the back pool almost never being opened to the community.

I just moved in and yanitza help me out so much. I loved my apartment everything is great. The manager Erica has been good too. Very peaceful here and my neighbors are very nice and respextful.

Hello Everyone,
Everything is doing good, except when it rained last week the filter was leaking, and there was a puddle of water on the floor when I returned that evening. I did take pictures to show the office. I do not have them to upload now but I can go by and show the office. It was raining from all directions that's how water came in but not sure.

Five stars is not enough for this amazingly stellar of a staff.Tons of weight is uplift from my shoulders thanks to Ms. Martha and Mr. Osmar! Can’t wait to move in my new apartment at Mission Creek! Update on 1/15/24:: I want to thank Martha for coming through once again. Such a huge help and always seems to be right here in my corner whenever in need. It saddens me that she’s parting ways with Mission Creek soon. During move in the process is efficient, supportive, and my unit is spotless! Incredible! The entire team at Mission Creek seems to put in tons of effort for the residents of the community here. Honored to have chosen Mission Creek for my brand new home here in Tucson! This place has been nothing but a huge inconvenience. They have terrible communication, they will never return a call you basically have to be after them if you want an answer. When we moved in they messed up our move in cost, it ended up being more than what we were initially told. Then move in day came and they tried giving us a filthy and bug infested unit. They moved us into another unit setting us back a few days. Even with the discount that they offered to rectify that issue I would never recommend. It took us a month to get our fridge replaced. So that was about a month that we could not keep groceries in the fridge. Then our ac broke and they have not yet fixed it or even gave us an update to our maintenance request. I simply came home to find a portable unit installed in the apartment through our balcony and it is now the weekend.
