Worst banking experience ever, the branch racially profiled me from the beginning the proceeded to insult me and sarcastically mock me for having to pick up mi hijo during their interrogation all for attempting to make a small depsit of $440. Jorge who lists himself as a financial services representative had no clue on the products of the bank and stutter the whole time when I inquired about a money market account had no idea even what a series 7 and 64 is. Danielle the branch manager proceeded to call me after and put me through an inquisition about my address having a unit number. Most racist experience ever. Never again

Totally concur with other posters, the staff at this branch are extremely unprofessional and totally treats people different based on their appearance, tried opening an new checking account, they asked me so many questions you’d think I was El Chapo. I thought Trump got rid of deregulation Jorge and Danielle the branch manager acted like ICE agents

It’s ok just another what they call it conservative as they say everyone you visit the bank but I think conservative jabs nothing to do with knowing the client for more than 12 years in numbers & account 12 years old & don’t want to deposit more than 2000 🤔 as they said we don’t know you !!!!! (Cooperation said ) I have account since I moved to sd 2010 almost 14 years &I will be conservative with my deposit small numbers
Manager are awesome explains why they don’t know me & clerk kind of 🙁
