Living here 3 years and going for an other. All the workers are great. My husband and I love Zack. He always asks if there is anything else he can do. Very respectful and love having him. We trust him and very friendly. When ever we have an issue he come in and fixes it.

Ryan did a great job fixing the drywall, especially the corner. It looks like nothing ever happened. He was professional and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him.

The initial move-out statement was $2,300, which contained several questionable charges that I brought to the attention of the accounting department. They acknowledged the errors and issued a revised statement for approximately $750. However, I identified additional discrepancies on this new statement, and they ultimately concurred that it was inaccurate, sending me yet another statement for $666. After reviewing the charges, I decided to pay this amount as it accurately reflected my situation.

Throughout this two-month ordeal, I communicated with Essex Property Trust Corporate to express my concerns about the unprofessional handling of my account, particularly the potential for being overcharged by thousands of dollars due to these mistakes. After settling the $666, I received an email from Essex Corporate offering a 20% discount on my charges. When I inquired about the possibility of a retroactive refund for the discount, they informed me that it was not feasible.

This was my second time living in the property, and while I faced challenges with the billing process, I do appreciate the promptness of their maintenance service.

I lived in these apartments for about 6-7 months now, and I’ve come to really appreciate my unit. The maintenance team is really through when addressing issues. The landscape team is quick and safe to keep the areas within the community beautifully. The management and office staff team is kind and are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Recently just finished 12 month lease here at mission hills! It was my very first apartment and can honestly say it was a good experience. It’s a quiet area, maintenance is quick to fix an issue, good size rooms & living room. It’s a good price for a 2bd room. Although my apartment wasn’t perfect here where some flaws, The living room window was loose for some reason and shook when walking near it, the apartment had a smell the first day I moved in never could get it out, and the paint job wasn’t to good you can tell they just threw the paint onto the cabinets and doors. No apartments are perfect though, I still loved it here at mission hills overall. They where very cooperative during my move out & with the security deposit, I received more then half of my security deposit back. of course all apartments need to charge for some stuff like repaints etc.. so I had no issue with that. I got my check in the mail within a couple days no issues. I would definitely recommend leasing here at mission hills!

We had a couple bulbs blinking in our apartment and Ryan did a super fast job replacing them! AND was next day service from my request just put in yesterday afternoon:)The cover flew off the porch light and he also put that up for us.
I would like to say really that the whole maintenance team works very hard to keep this place in top shape and everyone here is super friendly in a sincere way. So glad we moved here. Thank you!

I’ve been here a month so far and it’s been a pleasant stay. It feels safe, family friendly, and clean. Shout out to Ryan, he’s been super helpful in our move in and maintenance related issues. I appreciate the diligent job Ryan and the other maintenance crew do.
